I’m often asked to describe my yoga classes so f I’m often asked to describe my yoga classes so for those of you who are interested, they are Forrest Inspired. This means that I teach within the classical framework of Forrest yoga, which includes breath work to unwind and release areas of tension, abdominals, long held standing poses to build strength, stamina, endurance and of course finishing with a wonderful relaxation. We also sometimes go upside down 🤸‍♀️ . An intent is woven throughout each class. OTHER FUN FACTS: 💥I’ve been teaching for...FIVE years 😇 💥I used to be a Senior Manager at L’Oreal H.O in London 💅🏻💋💄 💥I used to practice and teach Power Yoga, because I like to sweat 💦 💥My classes today are NOT Power Yoga. 💥They are most enjoyed by those who enjoy getting their sweat on through other forms of exercise (e.g., cyclists / runners who need a wee stretch or have aches and pains to resolve), those who live a modern day desk-based lifestyle and looking to reconnect mind / body / spirit 💥 They are popular (but not exclusive to) 30-55 year olds juggling work / life / parenting and looking for some ‘me time’ 💥 I’m a runner, cyclist and mum 💥 I’ve done heaps of training with @jambodragon who is nothing short of a genius 💥 I like sweet things and Lindt 85% is my favorite chocolate 🍫 ❤️ 🥰
