My introduction to yoga was through pregnancy yoga classes with Franciose Freedman, in London, 2012. Francoise’s classes became integral to my wellbeing and after giving birth, I went on to complete my RYT 200 training in 2015; I’ve been teaching ever since.
My style is influenced by Vinyasa flow, Forrest Yoga and has its roots within the Ashtanga family of yoga. Classes are joyful, flowing, uplifting, nurturing and they are always adapted to meet the needs of the student’s I teach.
I also hold regular classes for children (both in schools and one-to-one). I specialise in helping children and adults (of all ages and abilities) with learning and behavioural challenges.
